Service not good and too expensive for that kind of service.nFirst the durian pancake,nsurprisingly the most expensive item with unusual price but they treat it like a usual pancake. While USUALLY when you buy durian pancake everywhere from medan to java, they were wrapped with a cold-holding cardbox because they need to be FROZEN all the time.nSecond how the staff wrap all the gifts,nUsing two box into one is common BUT they do not know how to really secure wrap the joined box. They only tape side-by-side on the joint, no top-to-bottom tape which also IMPORTANT. The owner should learn mo from gift shop anywhere around Java, how to secure the gifts. They also force insert the gifts and damage the box, do not is my paleo cake still in one piece or not.nThird is knowledge of local speciality,nZero knowledge of local speciality items.nFourth is item variations,nZero variations, they only use one supplier and the staff can't explain about the items.

the staff serving at the outlet either can't explain the product or they really don't know about the product being sold, not all who shop there are local people of the Riau Islands, often also foreign tourists shop, they can't explain the local product, even impressed by letting customers without service, and carton packing is also not good, hopefully it can be improved
