Lily west was amazing, I requested a flower delivery on a sunday morning, all other florists were either closed or not delivering flowers that day. Lily west checked with their delivery driver and made my request happen :) excellent service and gorgeous flowers, definitely recommend.

Hi guysnMy 1 Star is not because your flowers aren’t fresh or beautiful! And your service is lovelynHowever, I have just been informed by someone to whom I gifted a bunch of your pink tiger lilies , there they are EXTREMELY toxic and poisonous to cats!!!!!! I clearly had to idea! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE advise customers before they purchase or put up a sign!!nI now have to live with the guilt of making a poor cat very unwel, his owners very stressed out not knowing if he’ll recover !!!nud83dude14ud83dude22

I had my doubts about this company and I wrote a review to that effect. However, the delivery to my granddaughter for her birthday today exceeded my expectations. She was thrilled and so am I, particularly as I can’t celebrate with her this year because of COVID19.nThank you so much Lily’s Florist!
