Like many people, I have anxiety about going to the dentist. The team at North Mankato Family Dentistry is so friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have had two sedation appointments for the work I have needed done. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing work done or just a cleaning. Dr. Flack and his team are #1!

Without question, I am more than satisfied, happy and pleased with my visit to The North Mankato Family Dentitry facility. From the very first phone contact and every step of the way afterwards to the end. Without exception I was treated with the utmost respect and attention to my needs and concerns. Dr Flack conferred with me every step. He advised me of my options and proceeded at a pace that was tolerable to me. In 50 years, he showed me that there is at least ONE dental professional who is worthy of my personal opinion. Thank you Dr Flack!!! I also have to mention the the ladies in this facility as well. From the greeting at check in to the history information interview to the assistant working directly with the Dr and finally at check out, each and every one of these ladies possessed a smile, a polite, friendly and courteous personality that aided in a much less stressful experience! Given my personal reason for this visit I will most likely only see these wonderful individuals once or twice more but I assure you this, had I heard or known about this facility in the past, all my business would have been here! Thank you again one and all!!!!

Very kind and friendly staff. I was always scared and hated going to the dentist until I went here. Everything was done very thorough and careful. They explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood it all.

Fantastic doctors and staff. I needed an emergency tooth pulled on a Saturday and they were beyond amazing taking care of me even on a weekend. Their follow up is top notch. Couldn’t recommend a better spot in the Mankato/surrounding area. Thanks again team!!

As a young child I had anxiety about going to the dentist and being in a dental chair didn't become easier as an adult. I fortunately have found a dental clinic that truly cares about providing the best care for their patients. I made the decision to have sedation for tooth extraction and it was a great experience and I would recommend sedation for anyone who has dental anxiety like I do. Thank you for the great care North Mankato Family Dentistry!!!
