Really bad service. Customer service is of no help. They just gave you standard reply that your package need to pay tax and collect at the post office. After I done that, my package was delivered to the next location but database still not updated. When I wrote to customer service, they said I have not pay the tax and need to go collect it myself. Went down 4 times and they still said my package haven't arrive at the office after 1 week. I really do not want to post this bad review but after so many times going down to the office, writing to them, I am still not getting my package. Dont use this service anymore.

Seems to have very limited hours for posting letters via air mail (pos utara) and express. So far I have not been successful in either option after 3pm.

Post Office. It is a post office. What more do you want?

Sorry the service is not friendly at all. Make it uncomfortable. Forced to come here because this is only a big post in my area.
