Yesterday my mother was treated at this hospital and was handled in the emergency room very quickly and friendly, especially from a guy named dr. Benhard. very clearly gives an explanation of my mother's illness. thank you RSIA Karunia Bunda and dr. Benhard.

February 2021 incident. Bad service! It was an emergency asking for an ambulance but there was no driver and was asked to take the grab sj. Then when the delivery is finished, it is left alone so there are no nurses to look after and help the patient. The nurse was shouted at the mace who responded even though the other room was laughing. Don't pay attention to the nurses, because working to serve patients is not to play cellphones or chat while working!

All officers serve well ... security is friendly, receptionist is pretty good, midwives / nurses and doctors are very good service ... hope it will be even better
