Got issue with one of the 3 duvet I ordered.nI had to wait 6 MONTHS to get a replacement one, and at the end the new one wasn't even the same colour.nDuring this issue the communication was non-existant (the owner was simply ignoring my messages) and I had to show up to the shop on a countless number of times to get updates. HUGE loss of time, headache and stress for such a trivial thing, poorly handled by this company. Not professional.
