Amazing place to share skills and fun

We went to the Monday night evening event because it advertised Acro Yoga. We arrived 15 minutes before the event started. When we arrived, it was awkward and the energy did not feel welcoming.nnThe space is large, clean and has lots of different things to do. Everything from mats to silks to items to practice fire dancing. There is music playing with a cool DJ setup.nnThere was a ceremony with a guest singer. the first 10 minutes were okay, we all were asked to hold hands and later on sing. However, there was lots of photography from people working there and also participating. This made it feel unauthentic. After there was cacao served.nnIt was hard to connect with people and felt unwelcomed by the people hosting. In addition, it felt very salesy. They often were telling us something with a hook of something to buy. Like when we arrived early they said, we only asked our friends to come early (we were 15 min early) but if you want we can make you food for extra cost (no one else was eating)nnI don’t think it’ is worth 100.000. We would not again.

This place is amazing. The rooms are clean, good energy and I really love the proximity of the bathroom to nature. This place is next to a cool and relaxing stream and beautiful paddy fields. I love the upper deck with a really nice space for a week of classes. Our host, Forrest was really hospitable and it was an honour to get to watch his fire dance performance. I enjoyed the company, the space and all the memories there. And not to forget the cat and dog too!

Loved my week long stay at Bali Flow Temple. This place is tucked away in the center of Bali and surrounded by forests and beautiful rice paddies. The back of the temple has a staircase that leads down to the forest and stream.nnThe place is run by Forrest, one of the warmest hosts I’ve met. He’s also an amazing fire dancer!nnThe rooms were nice and clean but definitely not for fussy travelers. Don’t expect this to be a hotel. It’s a place for rest and relaxation and to reconnect with yourself.

Spent 4 days at an acro yoga retreat here and the facility is one of a kind.nnDon't expect luxury here as the place is not built for 5 star resort or retreats but for artists who want a space to train and jam and meet
