Wonderful staff, great service and communication. I brought in my MacBook Air with some battery issues and they got it sorted out and back to me in just 2 days. Highly recommend!

Great experience with friendly, helpful staff. Cheaper than other stores (with faster turn-around time & same warranty period). They replaced the screen on my laptop with a second-hand version (that was like new) within a day. Great knowledge & technical skills. Trustworthy & eager to please. Checked & tested everything to make sure there were no issues. I'd definitely come back.

Gone here multiple times. First for a new camera and then for a replacement screen for my iPhone 7. The price is competitive, the service fast, and the staff is really friendly, especially Mila. What more can you as for!!

Bad place. I Bought a new iPhone screen from them with warranty but broke in few months and went back they said warranty doesn’t work has to pay for new one again. They are cheating people that trust them with knowledge of the phone because we don’t know, nothing good will happen to people who scam others.

Went here 2 times in 3 weeks. First to have my MacBook charger fixed, which was done during my 1 hour lunch. Second time was to replace my broken MacBook with a more recent model (I got from a friend) but also had a malfunctioning keyboard, battery and internal component after their thorough diagnosis. Everything was done in about 3 days, inclusive transport of components they went to pick up in Denpasar themselves overnight! All my data (1TB SSD) was migrated correctly. Top service, thank you Irawan!
