Calma Ubud Suite & Villas

This Villa was real special and unique. I will say minimum stay for 3 nights.

We arrived to a friendly staff. Because it was my birthday the staff created a flower ornament in our room which was very sweet. I would suggest to the hotel manager to show the full area to guests. We only found at on the last day there is a terrace behind the pool.nnHowever, after using the shower, the ceiling in our room started dripping water. After exploring Ubud we returned to find a hanging lamp had become completely detached from the ceiling and water was all over the lamp and the floor. There was a hole in the ceiling where the lamp had been and water kept dripping from it. It was a dangerous situation due to the combination of electricity + water.nnOf course we notified reception: they told us to not use the lamp or private bathroom, and they taped the lamp to shield the lamp from more water. We both barely slept that night, in part due to incessant water dripping out of the ceiling.nnAnnoyed we went to reception again and the next day and we got moved to another room that functioned well.

Nice boutique villa.We had a junior suite which is well appointed. No private pool though. The restaurant is limited but quality food. We loved their spring rolls and the smoothy bowl (pictured).

Beautiful nice size and well decorated rooms. Nice outdoor restroom with big tub. Front desk staff very friendly. Great wifi in public areas; poor quality in our room. Bed is very hard; great for some, not my preference. Breakfast included is helpful since you won't want to go to town just for that.

Hidden gem a little outside of Ubud, absolutely perfect. Perfect location of you plan trips and tours. They have motor bikes for rent at the hotel which is very convenient. The pool is like in a dream and a perfect picture spot ;-) rooms are very nice with outisibe bathrooms. Price / value ratio is also great and we would come back in An instant :-) thank you!!
