Beautiful venue, with great events. Only thing poorly lacking is that there is NO SERVICE - I literally had 3 male servers tell me to go get my own water whilst they just stood there, continuing to smoke a hookah pipe. We thought we were hallucinating. This gross attitude goes against the whole positive vibe they are trying to project. We are totally fine getting our own water, but as consuming customers - curiously why do we need to pay a service charge? On further inspection, seems like no one is actually working in this venue. We understand now, why people just purchase 1 drink yet stay the whole day. Almost seems like a waste to spend money here, when so many other businesses are floundering.nnBig shame, and enough to damper ones experience. Was sad to give this 1 star, but simply unacceptable.nnCome here for the venue, NOT for the service. Expect to be told to get things yourself by the servers who are doing absolutely nothing. Ridiculous.

You guys need to shake your staff, they are 5 of them in front of me gazing at me with no reaction, totally brain dead, telling me that if I need some water I can go get it myself. I thought considering the context people would be thankful to have the chance to be given a job while their company is probably not doing well.

Good place to chill out and delicous food. Good hotel who want going back to nature

My boyfriend and I stayed at the New Earth Haven Domes last winter (sorry for the late review). When we arrived, I unfortunately got incredibly sick. The owners took it upon themselves to personally drive me, in the flooding rain, to a clinic so I could see a doctor. They waited and drove me all the way back, gave me juice and tips on how to get better. This place was incredibly healing. The vegan food was the BEST I have ever eaten, and could get delivered right to the room, or, was just a small walk away to eat in a comfy setting with a spectacular view of the rice fields. The outdoor bungalow we stayed it was quiet, away from everything, beautiful, and just all around perfect. You are close enough to Ubud where it is a cheap ride away, or an easy moped ride for a couple beginner drivers like ourselves. It’s not fun being sick in a foreign country, but this place made me feel like I was at home (more so, at a place that was way better than home) and I can not thank them enough. To this day, we talk about going back. I highly recommend staying at this special, magical, healing, unforgettable oasis. Thank you. ❤ufe0f

Delicious, healthy food, amazing ambience, great music and nice remote location. This is a pleasant surprise with a healthy menu full of vegetarian and vegan choices. They do regular parties with amazing DJs as well, not the standard commercial nonsense, but proper electronic music. It’s a good place to do some (artistic) work as well, as the wifi is fast. Most sitting places are to chill though but there are plenty of power outlets
