Dumbo is The Elephant’s little sister that serves Wood-fired Italian Food. Since its inception, it has become of Ubud’s premier destination restaurants for good food (and wine).nnYou should definitely try their braised beetroot cheeks, creamy polenta, antipasto plate and roasted cauliflower.nnThe pizza, of course, is top-notch. Prepared in a wood-fired oven, it melts in your mount in an instant.nnAs if that wasn’t a good enough reason to visit, 1 per cent of all their profit is donated to the preservation of Orangutans in Indonesia.

We love this place for getting together with friends and special occasions. Delicious food thats just perfect in flavours and textures...and not too heavy. fresh ingredients and enough choices for began options! One of our most favourite places in Ubud

We came here late night just for a drink. The employees were very welcoming even though it was close to closing time and it was just for a drink. The drinks were very nice and very well made. The place is also very beautifully decorated. Go here for drinks. Can’t go wrong

Good food. Bizarre service. This is the second time I have come here and have felt really uncomfortable with the food server. They hover over you. No one likes someone standing over them or staring at the back of their head while they are eating. The latest time I was there the server informed me at 6:40 that there was a 7pm reservation for the table I was sitting at. This was after I moved my position at the table to try to get a little space from her. She was obviously sick and was loudly sniffling a few inches from my head. At 6:45 she came back and loudly placed a reserved sign on the table. Three minutes later she returned to tell me that I needed to move my table. Mind you, I was just finishing my dinner and was close to asking for the check. Her constant interruptions actually made my meal take longer to eat. I asked if the 7pm reservation had arrived, and she said “no”. At this point, I was no longer enjoying myself and asked to speak to a manager. She refused to let me talk to them. This is not normal. It’s also not the first time I have had intrusive and hovering service here. I will not be returning.
