Bali Royal Hospital

Was recommended this hospital by our obstetrician. Arrived to be confronted with huge bill payable up front. Misinformed as to ongoing costs. Misinformed as to protocol. Aggressively pushed into over servicing. When we chose to not proceed, they aggressively attempted to divide my wife and myself and cause an argument. One lady on the front desk would not stop attempting to coerce my wife. When asked repeatedly to stop, she pushed her hand in my face to silence me. I have never seen such bad and unprofessional practices applied in my entire life. A new low.

One of the nicest thing that we like is, we can WhatsApp them to ask for number. To go to clinic. While the other Hospital we have to wait so long for only getting the number. So it's better system, quicker

Never ever before have I experienced such magnificent care. I was alone having surgery in a different country and the entire experience was so positive. My surgeon was skilled, my emotional needs nurtured and hourly I was greeted with a smile. Flowers on my birthday, a private room and I left the hospital with the faith that humans are beautiful. The after care was precise, the result was outstanding and I'm a happy girl. Dont hesitate to be brave you are in completely good hands.

Pediatric Doctor can’t speak English but sales services for foreign people. He Didn’t write any advise. Managers didn’t say anything about price before consulting. At result we got zero information, he didn’t check our son, we spent a lot of time and they charged us 1,2 millions for nothing. I don’t recommend this clinic. If you don’t want to fill themselves like idiot, don’t visit this place.
