Very kind service. Neede to get medicine and make my ears check because of an inflammation. They did everything fast, I paid 0, vecause they agreed to contact my insurance straight, which is very comfy.

2.5 years ago my wife and I were in Ubud when she picked up a GI bug and could not keep down fluids. After a day we brought her to a clinic for dehydration and were dismissed soon after paying for the visit without so much as an oral antiemetic. A half day later when still unable to take fluids I half carried her to Taruna. I wish I remembered the man’s name who cared for us. He took vitals and completed an actual medical screening exam before offering several different options before providing IM zofran and a re-hydration packet. Once she tolerated a PO challenge he sent us out with precautions and advice. Very compassionate and professional.nnI was recently reminded of the experience and decided to finally track it down for a review.

Overpriced, recommended medicine that is only needed for one day at an expensive rate and now we have medicine we dont need. have to pay for the help and its expensive

Terrible experience, went with our baby for something very routine (eye infection), he made us pay after an hour wait and then sent us away because he won't look at kids.
