I newly live in the neighborhood and had a problem on my leg from a trip to Lombongan.nThe wound has been carefully cleaned and taped. This is quite ok, the personal very friendly and worked quit professional.nOne point I didn't like is as I told to be on the limit of diabetes they made a bloodiest WITHOUT QUESTIONING THE ACTUAL SITUATION - as I come just from breakfast the level was elevated naturally. Due to this they want to sell me additional procedures. This was UNPROFFESSIONAL - SorrynAs I have been well instructed, made my daily personal test with my equipment I know where I stand - but this has been ignored. Additionally my nice accompanying me at present makes her medical university studies.nHere the staff has to respond to the customers background, if not the will be regarded as a Sales- not a Health-machine.nBut I will come back ud83dude03ud83dude03n.. and something else I don't estimate. Each time you go there you have to registrate and this will cost you 50.000 IDR ☹☹

I went there with my sick baby and had to wait 1 hour although I was told before to come on time. The staff was not giving me any information, I had to ask 3 times for my appointment. They told me we have to consult a general practitioner first before seeing the specialist just to check the babies temperature (which was checked at the entrance already) for a high price. I did not agree and at the end, we only went to the specialist. The consultation was 5 minutes only, he didn't introduce himself, I had to ask for his name. He did not inform me about anything regarding COVID, he didn't even tell me what to do in case of an emergency. The reason wasn't the language barrier, my Indonesian friend was with me. The subscribed medicine is not suitable for a baby at all- not even in a low dose. The following process after the consultation wasn't clarified either, I had to ask and only got confusing and unclear information. The hospital staff wasn't busy at all and I wonder why there wasn't any engagement - not even for a sick baby and his tired mum. The experience was very disappointing and is hopefully helpful for others- to save energy and lots of money.

I went to this hospital because of my son had fallen down on the floor. We were there for 2 night 3 days. The place was amazing ( clean, big parking area and they also use hygine protocol). I personally met DR Golden 2 times while we are there, he is our doctor specialist Neurosurgical. He was so helpfull and giving good motivation to my son.nThis place could be perfect if they could improve on some areas as below:n1. Security: they are doing good job but would be nice if they are a bit more friendly to the customers.n2. Registration desk: would be nice if the person incharge is ready at any time, I arrived at 4 am there were no body, I have to call to wake her up.n3. The person incharged in the ICU very helpfull specially Putu and Agung/Gung de. But I also request one paper/letter here to pick up when going home then did not find at the administration. Need to fix the communication work.n4. Administration desk: to be honest here need somebody to supervising them, need better communication to all staff. I have to wait 90 minutes after docter visit and giving us to go home, had to come to ask 3 times to prepare the administration, I left message one day before leaving to have some paper/documen that I will use for my insurance they didn't have it when I checked out then I have to wait again. I feel unconfortable at that time because there were 2 women complaining as well.nI write this because I love this place and this is 2nd times for my family to visit this hospital. Other general things very good.

Compassionate staff! Relatively clean, emergency and surgery areas. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, confident and concise with their diagnoses. Went back after a few days for a check up, staff remembered us and the follow up was good. Would recommend coming here !
