Poor communication. We ask for a couch model which was not in stock. A sample model would come the next day and was not for sale. As we were highly interested and asked again if it definitely not for sale as they have a 2 to 3 months long delivery time. So the next day we come to check out the couch and it said sold!!nnThey sold it already, the sample, that is a showroom model and not for sale. So now we are forced to wait 3 months. Which is a ridicolously long time to wait.nnSo we are not going to do that.nnApperently they sell more then they can handle. Better invest in a factory then showrooms/outlets so you dont have this problem.nnCustomer service not good, to think of what this will mean for warrantee issues..

aesthetically very beautiful, but in quality very average or even bad if we consider the price...
