I just want to express my appreciation for Baliviza. The first time i reached out to their service was 5 years ago, after I just moved to Bali. They have always been very efficient, reliable, and trustworthy.nDuring this covid 19 situation, I've experienced, seen and heard many unpleasant incidents with visa agents from quite a few people. Apparently, many are trying to take advantages from the situation as much as possible, even that means to lie or to bully. However it’s not the case with Baliviza. They did not overcharge or rise their price, and they still are very honest and authentic like always. They genuinely care for people.nSo thank you Baliviza for continually being one of the few things that still reliable and trustworthy during such crazy times.

Trustworthy folks, no scum. I like them because they try to avoid any grey schemes whenever it's possible. Prices are also ok. They helped me to resolve my case, whereas other agents were either trying to overcharge, or were just rejecting. Their English was okey, which was also a good sign of a hq service.

Very helpful and efficient for a good price.nnPassport was picked up from and brought back to my place quickly. It took 10 business days in total – most of it was due to immigration processing the application.nnOne visit at the immigration office is still needed but it took only about 10 minutes. I've hired one of their own drivers to get there which I can also recommend.
