Tried out their gentle flow 11am session today. Awesome place. The instructor had time to work on each person a bit during practice because there were only 10 of us. Great hospitality from reception staff as well. Their place is up some stairs in a quiet neaighbourhood. Amazing view from the practice room. I wish I had taken a photo.

Attended the yoga pranala class this morning and boy am I glad I did!nThis combination of yoga, prana and meditation was the most beautiful trio to kick off my day. Set in a beautifully idyllic studio over looking the jungle. Any time I looked out the expansive windows, I saw squirrels playing in the trees which was not only adorable, but a great way to keep my monkey mind focused on presence. Pretty new to yoga and have tried lots of places around town with varied results. Discovered Intuitive and fell in love with the place. it's open and airy with a nice breeze which is perfect on the hot days. The classes with Nevin and Tya are amazing during the week and Nina is the best for the weekends ud83dude4fud83dude4fud83euddd8‍♂ufe0f

Highly recommend intuitive flow and the yoga teachers who teach at this studio.nI love the class with Nevin and Tya. Really happy with Nevins style of teaching, he knows his teachings well and is very calming and inspiring. Tya also sings during the class which makes the class extra special. I always feel fantastic after the class!nAlso love Nina's class, she is a great teacher with positive energy and a big smile.nI bought the 15 pass and it was excellent value.nI also love the location, it has a beautiful natural view and you can see butterflies, birds and squirrels outside of the studio while you practice yoga.nWill definitely continue coming back!

1st yoga class. Awesome. HOW TO GET THERE: apparently there are stairs, try that. The path on scooter that google maps want you to take... does NOT exist.
