Possibly the best stay I have ever experienced.nA beautiful and serene place to unwind with such wonderful service. They really attend to our needs even until late night.nReally enjoyed my two night stay, hopefully be back one day.nnOn a small note though, I think they could upgrade the taste of the food.nI love the banana fritters they served us as snacks, but the restaurant food was not that special.

Truly feel at home away from home here.nnMe and my 3 grown up children stayed at the resort for 1 week in Dec 2020. It was way beyond our expectations.n1. Covid worry free - the place really facilitates the social distancing and the staffs are very discipline (thoughout the process, from checking in, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, till checking out)n2. Service from the heart - the very excellent service is very consistent throughout and you can sense that they do it because it is natural to do so and they want to, not only because the book/procedure says so. They are not without fault but they are quick to fix the issue and so genuinely willing to do the extra mile.n3. Natural and soothing - the resort is not massive but you can sense the genuine nature - sunrise and gunung Agung in the morning, the ducks in paddy fields quacking during your spa time...n4. Amazing creations of foods and drinks - start with the welcome drink (which has become the favorite for my children), the amazing breakfast at the villa, the excellent room service, the light french lunch (the best caesar salad I have ever had, followed by the fresh fish) and special dinner. Chef Dean is beyond superb - not only his range of foods (this is by no means the exhaust list - Singaporean Laksa, Lebanese sasouka, Indian chapati with cauliflower n beef, mexican burritos, the various Indonesian delicacies) but also they all are excellent in taste and quality; all passionately donennThank you Tanah Gajah for making such a safe, enjoyable and complete holiday for us, even in such challenging time.nnAgain, so many good things to say about our stay and definitely we can’t wait to go back there!!
