Having suffered from pelvic and upper back issues for over 5 and a half years, having seen numerous physios, Tracey was recommended to me by another physio. I have endured years of debilitating pain which has restricted my life, and spent the bulk of two years seeing physios. When I met Tracey she understood all of my issues which was a massive relief for me. The progress I made in as little as 3 sessions has been remarkable. I have now had 5 sessions and feel like I have my life back. I am so grateful to Tracey for fixing all my issues. I thought I would live the rest of my life bed bound, but she has helped me become active again and found the root of the issues I have spent 5 and a half years trying to find. Tracey really is a fantastic physio, and her hands on approach has allowed me to feel the best I've felt in a long time. Thank you Tracey.

Some sort of pelvic wizard. Went to tracey with ongoing uti problems. Which over a year turned into more constant IC symptoms. I was trying many things to resolve this including extremely strict IC diet and acupuncture, which only helped partly. After one session with Tracey I felt much better. Now after just four sessions, I no longer have flare ups and can eat my normal diet. As well as straightening me out too. Thank you so much Tracey!

I have had excellent care at this clinic. Before having APOS therapy I was in a great deal of knee pain and had very limited mobility. I am now virtually pain free due to the caring and professional treatment I've received from Tracy and her team.
