Grand Garden Resto & Cafe

They seem to go by different names. Raasaa or raffleskitchen_id. The service people work hard, much respect to them. They are not to blame. The management obviously was not ready for the lunch crowd. The food took over 2.5 hours to arrive. We had to beg the kitchen for some food, because our elderly guests were hungry. They even had to change our orders, cause they ran out of dishes. Things we ordered well beyond 2 hours ago.nnWould not recommend this place, no matter how nice the view is. Better to sneak in some food bought elsewhere and picnic in the park. My opinion, this place is not worth your money or time. Bad experience, would never come back here again.

Located inside Kebun Raya Bogor. It has a stunning view towards the garden. The service is a little slow even though during Covid-19 limited seat. The food is ok.

Apparently it's good but it is closed for renovation as at Nov 2020 when I visited. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. I wish they would update their hours on Maps etc. They are not alone. Would save a wasted trip.
