I am very disappointed with the service of Bank BJB Cileungsi, the teller service is very slow, aka slow and slow until finally I am not served. I intend to pay the PBB. I entered at 10:15 and got a queue number A22. At that time the queue was already at number A16, I waited a long time for the queue not to be called, almost half an hour finally only one was called ... One queue was very long, until finally at 11.30 the new queue reached A21. Unfortunately the service was stopped by reason of a break until 12.30. Amsyoonnggg I have to wait another hour ... oh my god ... finally I am annoyed to leave this BJB bank and will promise not to use BJB bank ... kesellllllll
