What's the use of the recent technology ever invented to reveal the content of customer's box? They'd rather force-open your package, therefore beware if you are a reseller or a shop whose items are mostly imported.

Should I give them a 5 starts or 1 star. Not bad for customer service. Internation office seems like entering a 70s century office. People smoking inside, drinking coffee whilst handling customer. Ahahahaha

24-hours of service and you cannot defeat their loyalty to the customer. This is the main post office in Surakarta yet the best in excellency. Warm greetings and fast response both in service and complaints. Parking lot here is so big so that it also covers student's motorcycles and bikes as they go to school behind the office. Customer sections are a lot so that you will not wait too long here to get your business done.
