Actually i just book this hotel because i need a place to transit from Java to Canggu. But as soon as i arrived i fell in love with the place. It's in the middle of the jungle. Lots of animals which make sure your children will like it. I ended up extending my stay and planning to get back here and bring my snorkeling equipment. Lots of activities too.

This resort is 20 years old, the rooms are dated and a bit sad. It’s like someone had a grand dream 20 years ago, but that dream is now dead. I was very disappointed with my stay here. The website and brochures are using photos from 20 years ago to sell the product today. It’s misleading and deceptive. If I had known the truth I would never ever never never ever ever have stayed here. On the plus side, the staff are amazing and they are doing the best they can among a crumbling and old infrastructure.

I spent a day at the Menjangan and highly recommend a stay. The food was delicious, spa treatments were the best I've ever had, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was great, beach/view's were breathtaking. Was planning to go back and stay, but Covid-19 made this impossible atm.

The rooms were lovely and the area as well, the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our valentine escape but what you soon will realize when you come here that the rest is basically a trap luckily for us we had our own car but. If your a tourist you'd be trapped here and can only participate in the things the resort provides. The Pantai restaurant should be avoided as it's overpriced and the food quality isn't good. For the things to do if you go outside the resort prices are only 1/4th of what they charge you inside the resort. We had a nice snorkling trip that cost us only 400.000 per person and lasted for about 5 hours as opposed to the in resort snorkeling trip that is 968.000 per person (excluding guide) and only lasts 2 hours. So not only will going outside give you a cheaper option but also better service. Just head to the crossing center. For great food visit Pak dodot for really nice pork sate. The village to the east provides better eat experiences and also allows you to go to a little beautiful island called Gili Putih boat transport 300.000 per group. The place is really nice to stay but for your experience of the place you really have to go outside of the resort.
