The Regent of Tuban, Forkopimda and many officials and the community used this building for daily activities as well as formal, informal and non-formal activities. It is located in the Tuban Regency government offices and easy access from various locations. Spacious parking and the area is also comfortable.

Surrounding is clean. The gardens are maintained.nIt's just like lack of maintenance because there are some graffiti or dirty hand marks on the wall. This reduces beauty.
