The bridge has divide Barito River. This bridge has 1,082 m length across the Barito River 8000 meters wide and a small island (Island Bakut) 200 meters width. This bridge consists of a main bridge 15 -18 meters, so it can be used for marine traffic. Barito Bridge is one of the artificial tourism in Barito Kuala.nnThe bridge was first opened in 1997 and was recorded as the longest suspension bridge in Indonesia. Barito Bridge is a bridge which connects the Trans Kalimantan. This road is an axis road connecting two neighboring provinces, Central Kalimantan province.nnThis bridge has belong to Alalak district, Barito Kuala regency. In the area of this bridge has planned to built Barito Regions Park where the area will provide family entertainment center that provides a variety of rides.
