Great professionals, highly recommended.nHad a post-operation rehab (ankle ORIF) and feel that the sessions and programmes really helped me to had a great recovery and get back practicing sports.

The clinic is amazing, did the post natal class with Cliodhna, definitely the best Pilates instructor I met. Very professional, pleasant and funny :)nLoved every moment and will come back at the first chance. Very recommended!

I would highly recommend Physio64. I’ve been to Sinead and Louise with sports related injuries and they were both excellent, really good treatment and really helpful advices on how to avoid recurrences.

Louise is an expert in her field, gets to the root of issues promptly and solves quickly. I highly recommend. Physio 64 is also a brilliantly equipped and modern rehabilitation centre with the best of equipment and technology.
