I had the lovely Zarni work on my shoulder and neck & felt I was in good hands immediately.nZarni made me feel comfortable, she informed me of what she believes was going on with my muscles and together we back tracked as to “why” this may be happening all together.nI look forward to my next visit with Zarni and highly recommend her to others.

I was stupid and lifted heavy on a weight lifting session. Booked in to see Zarni for the first time. She was great, knew what she was doing, very efficient and pinpointed the issue quickly and got me back up and running in no time. Very happy with these guys and will be keeping a note for any future issues

I have never had a physio before coming here and I definitely made the right choice. I have seen Mitch a number of times now who helped me with my lower back. He was very professional and super helpful. He knows what he is doing and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend Mitch and the team!

I see Mitchel as a physio and he is great. All the practitioners seem to be good and the fromt staff are kind and efficient. I definitely recommend
