The service for taking medicine is very unpleasant, very disrespectful, and not friendly at all, I ask nicely the answer is curt and a frowning face, I know you are working tired etc., but the name is work must be professional, as an educated person must know the ethics of dealing The patient who asks, please reprimand the employee, do not disagree with the BPJS with the patient, I hope the person concerned reads, the person asks nicely, he answers curtly, if that happens to him, what would he feel? Hopefully the Rafisa clinic will be even better in serving patients, especially pharmacies.
