The staff was friendly but unfortunately when I checked the ultrasound in the Radiology section I didn't get friendly service, especially the female ultrasound doctor. I feel that he does not appreciate and lack empathy for his patients. I hope this can be corrected so that other patients feel better and not down. Because little things can affect the patient.

Overall not bad. But please tighten and emphasize the health process, there are still patients who sit carelessly and their masks are not used properly.

The hospital is big, beautiful, the service is very friendly, the staff are friendly too, from parking attendants, security guards, nurses to doctors.nIt is not too crowded so it is more comfortable for patients and their families. It's just that the distance between the ER to the registration place and / or to the drug depot is quite a pain in the legs if you have to go back and forth.
