Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel and Casino

This is an older casino. It has a lot to offer including a car museum lots of restaurants and many hotel rooms and suites. It's very easy to get lost in the building. Lots of corridors and little stairways. It's nice they have a large non-smoking area in the casino. Unfortunately it's not vented very well and there's smoke everywhere. We stayed in one of their executive suites it looked like the room had recently been updated.

Do Not Stay here ! I wish I had the option to give them 0 stars! We came up for my daughters softball tournament we were gone from 6 am to 5 pm on Saturday and my daughter came back to the room around 245-3pm as she was with her teammates and we were visiting family. she called us and asked what happens to her clothes and her bag it was gone! We thought that she was just being a 10 year old and not looking so we left it at that we got back to the room at 5 and our room key didn’t work. We called security to come let us in where they checked our is to make sure it was our room we get into the room and all of both mine and my husbands clothes were gone,my laptop was gone my daughters toiletries, her sun glasses her speaker a few of my 2 year old daughters things were gone as well. Our beds were made halfway and our bathroom was restocked. The sheets were not changed and trashes not emptied. We told the security officer that we had been robbed. He called his supervisor we asked them to check cameras surprise surprise the don’t have cameras because it’s invasion of privacy! The only cameras they have are in the elevator and casino. They proceeded to tell us that they can not disclose certain information as it puts their job on the line understandable. We told the security we wanted the policy involved they called police and they showed up and did their investigation. I walked down to the lobby with the officer who proceeded to tell me they had a suspect and they believe it was an inside job. I was escorted back to the room from the security officer who told me this had not happened since he had been working there since September. Come to find out almost the exact same thing happened in January. We called down to the front desk and demanded to be comped our stay they flat out denied us and told us there is nothing they can do. They had no sympathy for us who mind you had no clothes except for what we were wearing who’s 10 year old daughter was completely distraught and they proceed to tell us that they don’t have the right to comp the rooms and they can not help us that we need to file a claim with the claims dept which we will be doing. The staff is terrible hence as it was one of them who stole from us... the front desk is terrible the managers are terrible we will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here as they lied to us and had no sympathy or compassion and couldn’t even bother to comp our 2 night stay with them! Terrible terrible experience!

Excellent Customer service.nThe hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.nBecause I made a mistake and booked through a 3rd party our reservations were not what I was expecting. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and sorted everything out for us.nThe rooms are beautiful very accommodating.nnTHANK YOU RIVERSIDE STAFF!!

Place for everyone to enjoy! Good food, entertainment, lots of activities like bowling, arcade, movie theater and live shows. Also plenty of adult activities... Besidex the many slot machines and card tables, they have pools with mini bars and snacks. They have country western bar and dance hall and an indoor and outdoor car exhibits! Literally something for all ages to enjoy!

I book to stay here RV park definitely not what is in pictures. There is no pool in the park! Definitely not kid friendly there is nothing open for kids to do. Pool was closed river boat wasn’t available. Staff there was 50/50 some very friendly others not so much. If you want to go to prime rib room call 3 months in advance to get a reservation!! Definitely will stay somewhere else next time.
