The quality in here is very bad. I give this hotel for 1 stars. I found 1 cockroach in the toilet. When I arrived at the reception, she forgot that there was a guest on today. So she went to the room and cleaned it immediately. I went inside the room and I found that the blanket is very thin. Unfortunately, I found many black points on the blanket. Moreover, I got the towel but it was completely dirty because I found many yellow points. Maybe it was used to wipe or clean the color. So the blanket and towel was completely dirty and I never used it. Furthermore, the water from the shower wasn’t sometimes running so I need to wait around 5-10 minutes. Anyway, there were 3 good points. The air conditioner was so cold. There were many snacks in here, shower gel and shampoo. So I don’t recommend you guys to stay in here. It’s cheap but it’s also near the slum. There were so many annoying sounds around here, such as quarrel, fireworks etc.

Not recommended place to stay. Very noisy and dirty room, you will not get a quality rest in this place.

I've ordered 2x here, nice comfortable at a low price in the Oyo application, the air conditioner is cold too, but yesterday the lack of cleanliness might have been used but it hasn't been cleaned so there are marks of dates and in the bathroom there is pee and not watered

If it's just to stay overnight from a long journey break, it doesn't matter ...nThe condition of the mattress, the pillow seems less clean because of the dull white color ...nFor hot water, wifi and television are quite satisfying ..

Cheap prices compared to other guest houses in Balikpapan ... strategic location in the middle of the city ... comfortable rooms, AC TV works well, water is smooth, there is hot water too, service is very friendly and fast ...
