I stayed 3 nights. I don't know what facilities I should get because I ordered via traveloka and was too tired to ask questions (the agenda while in Balikpapan was busy). What is clear is that the single room I stayed in was quite comfortable even though it was small. The bathroom is also clean and the water is smooth. It's just that there is no hot and cold water.
