Flowers and Fire Yoga Garden Gili Air

Flowers and Fire is such a beautiful centre on the most magical island. Amazing yoga classes, friendly staff and stunning gardens full of flowers. Nothing else can compare!

I absolutely love this place. Flowers And Fire is definetely one of the Highlights of my Trip. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Yoga classes were excellent with great teachers and a beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious and the place itself cozy, clean and pretty. Felt very welcome and so relaxed. Had a good experience the only day I was here, very friendly and funny staff, nice atmosphere. Was welcomed with a snickers bite and welcome drink. I did try the yin yoga. This is a little oasis in Gili Air, hadn't I left gili earlier I would have come here every day.

Came to a couple of drop in yoga sessions at Flowers and Fire and loved it. Great location in the middle of the island means you’re practising to the sounds of nature. Gorgeous bamboo loft space and excellent teachers. Loved the morning flow in particular. Mats, towels, water and all props provided. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 5 nights in July and we had a wonderful time! Food was original, creative and fantastic. Staff were genuinely kind, attentive and personable. Instructors were knowledgeable and able to adapt to meet the needs of myself as a beginner and my wife as a regular practitioner. Yes it's true that the mosque is close by and the call to prayer is loud, but Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world...suck it up! (and the staff provides excellent silicone ear plugs).
