Have been visiting Tags for 7 years and it was a great experience. The Chiropractors would always ensure I'd be well treated and understand my condition well. 2nd treatment went well. Slightly relieved my back pain issues. Very informative about my current issues.

Friendly staff and doctor but I didn't get the value of the amount that I settled. The physiotherapist did nothing special more than cracking bones which sounds like WOW but not really making you any better, my brother can crack it too. After the physiotherapist did that for about 10 minutes, they put electronic massager on my back and neck for 15 minutes. The doctor didn't describe his observation and I went myself after paying rhe bill of RM205 to ask for it, and he informed me that without x-ray, he wouldn't be able to really judge because I look fine from outside. If x-ray is a requirement for him to know, they should tell in advance to prepare it. I'm now home with same pain. Very dissatisfied honestly

When I was 15 years old I was diagnosed with scoliosis about 50 degrees curved. So one of my friends who has the same case with me told me to come and consults with the doctor in Tags Spine & Joints Specialist , so i start my therapy from 2017 till 2020 and of course for so on , I'm glad because i came here and my condition is controlled well . My curve is decreasing pretty much. I’m even more active thanks to the previous doctor, Dr Ronnie , Dr Suren , the current Dr. Randeep Singh Manocha and all the Physiotherapist.
