As I remember, there were 2 offices in the Chevron complex and on the Hangtuah (causeway), only the easiest access was on the Hangtuah road because not all customers had access to the Chevron complex, based on my experience here, security is necessary. I was given provisioning to be more mature about the service because I lost the service was not right on target I wanted to create an account for my brother who immediately accompanied him to the office, ehh security, even made an account in my name for the second time even though I have repeatedly said I want to go to CS for an account but security even insists on just being online in your application, then it looks like it needs a special service room for priority customers because it can take / harm ordinary customers who have been queuing for a long time, based on my experience, security prioritizes priority customers to CS so that protests arise from other customers protest doesn't mean anything why I know because I'm the same as a new priority customer enters the office, only priority customer immediately shows his witness card which is immediately delivered to cs. That's my review based on personal experience for better service, but the rest of the service is very good, friendly, fast, if you ask security, CS and tellers the answer is cool, kind, friendly and good.
