Watsons Nipah Mall Makassar

First time visiting watsons makassar and couldnt be more disappointed. Their price on the shelf is different with the one in the cashier. When i tried to prove it, they secretly change it before i can reach the shelf. I give this critique because i often shop at watsons at jkt and became their member.

I bought a lipstick in a broken state and when asked, the color was the same as the lipstick I used, the sister said the same and when I opened it, the color was much different and it was broken, where did I give the receipt I just believed it might be in a shopping bag but it wasn't.
