Had a filling done by Dr. Phil today and it was such a pleasant experience. The clinic is modern and relaxing (very therapeutic!!). Felt like I was at the spa. Dr. Phil made me feel very comfortable and explained each step. I would highly recommend Dr. Phil and this clinic.

I'm going to try to be as kind as possible with this feedback. I visited this clinic as I had broken a tooth. I'm incredibly dental and needle phobic. I can't say that this is the place to go if you are anxious about visiting a dentist.nnThe appointment, which entailed two x-rays and an emergency filling took no more than 15-20 minutes. The focus of this clinic is obviously getting through as many patients as possible. There was no talk of future appointments for other cavities.nnThe filling was okay for 1-2 days, then I was in agony for 5-6 days after, whilst I waited for an appointment elsewhere. Through doing another x-ray, it was found that the filling had potentially cracked, not to mention it was practically touching the nerve causing the nerve to become infected.nnSo the initial appointment cost me $330, and I had to spend an additional $400 elsewhere to have the tooth removed.nnIn saying this, the clinic was very nice and clean. However I absolutely won't be returning, as I don't feel that there is a sound focus on long-term patient care.

I’ve just finished my first visit to NWDC. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I was welcomed warmly the moment I arrived.nnThe gentle care and through examination was accompanied with a complete in-depth discussion of my dental health. I’m looking forward to many years of exceptional care with Narre Warren Dental Care.nnThank you Dr. Ash and Dr. Phil. Sorry I didn’t get the names of everyone I interacted with as they were all friendly, professional and very upbeat

WOW! The best service and dental clinic in Narre Warren. I was in severe pain and suffering when NWDC took me in and immediately relieved me and treated me the same day. They are kind, compassionate and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I couldn't appreciate a dental clinic more than this, Thank you again. Def referral worthy. worth more than 5 stars!!

Me and my partner both often come at NWDC for our routine check up. Great office. Always neat and clean. The front staff is awesome as always. Dr. Phil is very professional and takes good to time to examine and explain the problem with my teeth and the solution. I wish I could take better care of teeth ud83dude05 but then I wouldn’t have been able to find this great clinic.nAlways a 5 ⭐ufe0f from me and my partner ud83dude00
