Disappointing service for reservation for spa . The Chinese old lady receptionist of the spa was rude and curt Declined the appointment despite gift voucher USD 200 given to my aunt for her bday .n3 rd party credit card payment form as well .nWhat’s the purpose ?? If a gift voucher is givne the massage should include to that amount .nWhat’s the purpose of a gift voucher then to cause inconvenience to the customer and payee .nDisappointing service . The spa should jus overhaul their old staff !!
