Good quality and excellent customer service. I would like especially mention, Christina, the spa manager who went out of her way to help me when I hurt myself. She was very caring and attentive. Thank you Angeli and Sunita for your excellent massages. Hope to see you again soon.

I choose the 45 min foot massage and was attended by Rodel. It was one of the best sessions I have had in a long time. Will definitely choose the full body massage the next time.

Enjoyed my time and treatment here for sure. Its a pity the outdoor mud spa, yoga zen space has been closed. Fortunately the waterfall pool n outdoor pool are still available for guest to chill out. ud83dudc4dud83dude0a

Writing a review not on the facilities or treatment, but on the booking process. Online booking page is extremely poorly designed. Does not allow you to select any promotional packages at the booking page, and does not allow you to view the available treatments available on the desired day. I.e. you must already know what treatment you want to do, or end up checking for treatments one by one and restarting the search process each time. Called their number 4 times for assistance but no answer. Extremely poor!nnEdit: turns out on the 5th call, i got routed to the hotel's line. They said they would get the spa to call me back, but i never received one. Checked into the hotel a few days later. Spa was fully booked throughout my stay. Oh boy if only i could downgrade this to ZERO stars!

I would like to say that all staff I have communicated with were all very polite but they seemed very disorganised.nnI sent in multiple emails and phone calls to book the spa facilities during my stay at Sofitel to celebrate my partner's birthday, no one was able to confirm my reservation or really wanted to take my reservation. In the end, I called the hotel to ask them to help. They insisted they would pass along the message and have my reservation booked. One day before my arrival, I called the spa and they had no record of my booking so I made the booking again. I was very disappointment with this lack of attention to a guest who was actively trying to make a booking.nnOn my day of arrival, there was no record of my booking, which was extremely frustrating. No staff had any records of my booking. It was only after checking in and paying, that I found out the mud pool and other facilities were closed due to the pandemic ( not stated not their website). As part of the package, we had food included from the cafe at the Spa. No information was given to us willingly and I had to enquire twice before they told me to head down to the cafe and my name will be on the 'list'.nnMy partner and I were changed out into our robes and headed to the cafe and when we spoke to the restaurant manager, he said our names were not on the list and there were no table available. If we wanted a seat, we would have to change back into our clothes so he could sit us inside the restaurant. This is just really bad management and I was beginning to think this was not worth the money I paid.nnLuckily, after explaining, Jason the restaurant manager of The Garden, came to our rescue and understood my recent frustrations. He got us the next available table outside and saw to our orders immediately. He is the only saving grace of So Spa. For $120, we had a burger each and didn't use any of the facilities except the jacuzzi.nnTruly a disappointing experience.
