Not very interested in the Customer. This can be seen clearly from the lack of customers making transactions at BRI Syariah. In terms of location, BRI Syariah Bukittinggi is located in a very strategic location. With various other location access. However, it is as if BRI Syariah is not interested by the customer. On average, customers if they want to have Islamic savings would prefer another Islamic bank than choosing BRI Syariah. The Islamic banks that are most in demand by the public today include:n- Bank Syariah Mandiri.n- BNI Syariah.n- Bank Mu'amalat.nnNot only that, this BRI Syariah Bank also does not have sufficient parking areas. The parking area currently available is for motorized vehicles only.
