I've been only paying my water bill here. So far it offers a great services with friendly staffs.

Water has been dead from 23 July 2020 until the time I wrote this (July 24 at 11:18 a.m.) still dead. I WA to the number listed on the web PDAM 0812.6724.2325 from yesterday afternoon and repeated again this morning was not read and answered. I called the telephone number on the PDAM web 0752.21125 & 0752.35329) not picked up. The PDAM website also has no information on why water has died in Jl. H. Agus Salim. On the web it is written that we serve the community as much as possible but WA and telephone numbers cannot be contacted when the PDAM has a problem. Is this the name that serves as much as possible? The water has been dead for 2 days, no prior notice, the water has dried up, the bathroom has become smelly, the PDAM has not even been able to provide information and calm the community. WHEN THE WATER WILL LIVE AND WHY DIE OLD. PLEASE INFONIA IMMEDIATELY.

Website, ad fan page but never used for information to customers and dead water for days but no solution from the concerned party.
