Nice place and atmosphere compared to a few other casinos, but really bad high limit slots. Oh my god, we lost so much money so fast, despite the fact the bill collector was FULL with $66,000 and had to be removed, that same slot then took thousands from us. How greedy are these people? No fun, no bonuses. Just theft. Now that doesn't mean we didn't win, some, but boy it takes it fast. They will let you have a few hours of fun, then destroy you for days and days, taking millions of dollars from you. We lost at least one HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars in Pure Casino in two weeks. Good luck! You will need it, and we will NOT be back.

New in town, first time at the poker room and I asked the dealer if there's a bad beat jackpot. She says she doesn't know lol. The room seems to have decent traffic but I'm concern the dealers will make a mistake during critical moments I would advise checking out other options in the city and coming here as last resort and definitely don't play high stakes here.

Stopped by this morning to play the slots. I was there the previous Friday had a great time. It was different today. There were no disinfecting wipes in the stations, asked three different staff who promised to get wipes never did.nI asked a cleaning lady passing by if I could get some wipes, she told me the night shift sanitized all the machines. I explained to her that someone had just used the slot. She was extremely rude and huffed and puffed when she was cleaning the slot.nIts a really neat casino, your staff are not looking after the health and safety of your clients most who are seniors. Have them show a bit more respect.

I went a little earlier in the evening, it was quiet and not many people. Staff were really friendly.
