It was our first time visiting the cinema. We were watching Birds of Prey. The booking experience was great, I booked our tickets via Cinepolis app and paid using OVO. The staff at the snack counter were good, and the cinema entrance staff was strict. You shouldn't and couldn't bring any outside food and drink inside the cinema. We were seated in Cinema 1. The cinema was small compared to other cinemas in Medan. My friends and other audience complained of the hot temperature, and they had told the staff about it. We also spotted mosquitoes in the cinema. The glaring steps light and cctv camera light were quite distracting for those seated near the aisle. Nevertheless, it was good to finally have a cinema in Pematangsiantar.

With that kind of price and small theater its just too expensive.nAnd as always in every cinema problems, they let any kids to watch any movies even 10 years old can watch 17+ rated movie !nEvery cinema should reject if kids want to watch 17+ movies !

New in town, crowded, popcorns was scattered on the floor ( on the elevator to Horizon Hotel )
