Danau Toba International Cottage Parapat

We chose to stayed there after eliminating other options because we are looking for the spacious, lake-view, pool, and bath tub hotel with reasonable price. We also told that they serve 24 hours hot water (i rechecked by calling the reception) but the fact it was 'not so warm water' they serve and the amount of it was not so much. And we got what we want, except the fact the place had so many stairs, we need to get down like 30 stars to reach our room, and climb a elevation street and some stairs again to reach the restaurant. If you travel with some elderly people, you should ask the specific room that close to the restaurant. The food was standard, but i like the porridge. And the pool was clean and you could see the edge of the pool like it was connected to the lake. The staff was very friendly. Some of the equipment was broken (our shower was sprinkling all over the bath room). The place was also far from the city (about 15 mins by car). But overall it was a very nice view, with a nice environment.

1. The staffs were very unfriendly. They deceived us by stating that the air-con was broken. The fact is they didn't have enough power to supply. Within a night, there's about 3-4 times of short blackout.n2. The room was full of dust.n3. Cottage doors couldn't be closed properly.nn(as of this review) Try to pay attention to all the reviews. The owner reponsed solely to those who gave 5 stars. He didn't even give a poop to response to those who complained. We could judge how 'good' their management was ud83dude09
