The rooms and the view were nice.. but the breakfast was awful..

Quick word : Nice place to staynnSo I was visiting North Sumatera for a business trip. It was November 2020 right around the Corona timeline.nnTHE HOTELnFirst of all, getting a room via online is a bit hard but when we get there the place is pretty empty, there was one or two days we were the only guest there.nnThe place is located right above and visible when in night since they have a lot of lamp decorating the building.nParking here is very spacious and proper.nnWhen we approached the front desk we were welcomed with traditional arhitecture and decorations. There was no bell boy at the time. But pantry was still open until night. We were welcomed with a warm Wedang Jahe, thats a ginger beverage, very soothing for the cold rainy night that time.nnSo we got our rooms and I got mine at 211. Thats the second floor and the closest room the Lake Toba view. The path from the pantry to the room is an outdoor. That means we gone under the rain that time.nnI would recommend to get the same room as mine, you can get the amazing view every morning and right next to the room is decorsted with patio chairs, a bench, and swingIng egg thing.. (I dont know the name)nIt really is an amazing viewnnROOMnAlright lets talk about the room. The room is... Honestly not a fan of it. But if wooden furniture with soft padding is your thing, u might love this.nLight inside the room is quite dim with warm yellow-ish lamp. There's no AC unit here but night time inside the room is quite cold.nMy bed, I got a little bit dirty bed cover that has dirt or something smudge on the inside. You get like 3 or 4 head pillow sizes and quite comfortable.nThe bathroom inside the room is quite clean, and best of all, Hot Water 24h. Very neccessary to relieve the pain from field job.nnPANTRYnThis pantry is quite spacey, aside from corona situation, you can actually have ur breakfast in the dinning room, or by the pool, or right at the balcony all with the view of the amazing Lake Toba.nYou can make an order of the food u want for breakfast, or if u need it ready by 4 o'clock in the morning, just say it, they'll serve u on time.nnNot only fried rice, noodle, or bihun, u can also order for other dishes even lobster! All for an affordable price.nnThe very best experience in the hotel is theres no bug or cockroach in the room. Because I pay most attention to that. Lel. Until my last day staying tho, theres this massive cockroach just lying, dying at the stairs. (still not in the room tho so its still a win)nnOverall experience, 4.5 out of 5 star from me. Just remember to bring umbrella since it rains A LOT in the area. not just the hotel. And request for the 211 room, it has the perfect view and get around spot.

Best spot for viewing Parapat city at night. Next to Tigarihit Garden Village gate.

Great view, friendly staff, clean room. We're having fun stay there. Only problem with access road to the hotel, very small road. The others have no problem.
