Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Serbelawan

The 3 times I came to open a pre-employment account was always rejected by the security guards here BNI Serbelawan because I didn't have time. Even though I came from 1 o'clock and waited. it says closed at 4. At 2.30 he has refused. He said Must register 1 week before. Even though when asked there is no queue number. Disappointed. The security guard is not very good at serving. With the excuse because we are late coming home. This is the first time to go to the bank to meet a security guard like this. All the banks I have visited have not had security guards like this.
