The GPIB Sola Fide post on the island of Lingka Kepri originated from the introduction (1993) of a Pastor with a fisherman (Bpk Sakti), one of the Marine Tribe community leaders here who was not yet a religious person ... It started with an intention to buy fish ... this friendship continues until Pak Sakti n some of his colleagues knew the Savior Jesus. Currently, the members of the Sola Fida congregation, which are around 70 families, are getting closer to their mother church in Batam. The biggest challenge right now there is helping to release local people from illiteracy and live healthier lives.nP.4 (woman who loves service and guidance) from Bintaro from 8 to 10 June 18, gave training in the skills of making accessories from shells into key chains and necklaces for women as well as providing free medical treatment. Young Rev. Boido Rajiv is currently called as a servant who patiently always guides the people and residents towards a more decent life. From the congregation, I know that they are trying within their limitations to prepare a simple and proper pastry for this humble servant. God may be present through the sheep who desire to share.
