I gave birth by SC twice in this hospital with the same doctor. MasyaAllah, the service of the midwife / nurse really made a deep impression on me. The last time I got the best service was in 2017, from registration officers to midwives, nurses until I returned home.nBut I was a bit surprised by the registration officer in 2020, the initials Mba Nad.nMaybe PKT classmates provide training to be a good “customer service” to Ms. Nad.nnBecause what I see, the service from Mba N is very, very lacking. Several times he had to issue high notes to serve me. I am very disappointed. I don't think he has sympathy and empathy for patients (don't get me wrong, let's say that a frontliner has at least empathy and sympathy for both visitors and even patients).nnFor insight, Mba N is very good, but for grammar, speech, air gesture, sympathy, and empathy for patients are very, very lacking.nnHopefully through this writing, there will be changes for the better in the future. Rs that is comfortable ... the officer is nice and transparent ... the place is strategic ... on the side of the road ... really recommended ... my sister has been treated here ... exelent service ... the front is getting richer ... tough and happy ...
