This place is quiet dirty, the bed sheet isn't clean enough. The AC isn't cool.

It's definitely a no no. When I was here, the place was filthy. Pillows and bed were kind of damp and moldy or smelled like molds. I guess that's why there is no picture of the room, essential for future guests. Moreover, the AC spewed huge chunks of ice. Mosquitos were abundant. Wi-fi was not working. Imagine, rooms with no windows. Surely this place is for those with almost no budget. But hey, at least you might get legionellosis...
