Bank CIMB Niaga

I am very disappointed at the service of Cs here, I have also participated 3x this savings established, turn to disburse for sudden needs I told my wife and brought complete letters, ID cards, savings books, ATMs even rejected. My turn called the Garagara Corona SOP update

Really disappointed using commercial Cimb. ATM machines are not often found, even some are taken out. I, as a consumer, feel disadvantaged

Ok, the service in this bank is very good, but unfortunately there is security (still young, rather the items are the body clothes) that I didn't read the name if I serve rude customers in the delivery and there is no smile at all to the customer.

Bank with fast and easy services. The service is friendly and makes us feel comfortable. But there was something I didn't like, that was one of the security guards, who was very annoying, very rude and shouted at the customer. But out of that, I felt very satisfied with this Cimb Niaga bank service.

The service is bad, don't want to check the account number first, immediately hurry up
